Okay when people say this IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!  Seriously.

I’m about to go on a little rant here so if you get offended in anyway I apologize. 

So last time I checked, being a fan was about the music and the people.  Sure I may know my fair share of creepy facts but if you don’t what’s the big deal? Like I hate when people say “OH you don’t know Harry bought his mum for mother’s day? SORRY YOU”RE NOT A TRUE DIRECTIONER!” “You don’t know their grade school teachers names? YOU’RE NOT A TRUE DIRECTIONER!” I see things said like this all over here and twitter and I just think “what does this have to do with the boys now and their music?” The only reason I know facts that are a tad creepy because I see them on here, I don’t go out of my way to know everything about them. I am a fan, not a stalker. And to those people who say “you’re not a true Directioner if you only know them because of ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ please just grow up. Finding a band out because they’ve finally debuted where you live does not make you love them less than anyone. Like for an example, years ago my sister showed me this band she liked, I fell in love with them and she just thought they were good. Do you see what I mean? She knew them longer and yet I loved them more than her. It doesn’t matter when you become a fan, if you love and support them that’s all that matters. Not the amount of time you have known them. I admit I know them because of What Makes You Beautiful but does that mean I know less and love them less? NO! My cousins live in England, they voted for them on the X Factor and they saw every video when it first came out. I caught up on everything so then we knew the same information. We talk about them all the time and none of us love them less or more then the other.
What I’m just trying to say is that being a Directioner shouldn’t have to be a competition. We love our boys and their music, that’s all that should matter.
Yes I know there are people who only like them for their looks and just because of What Makes You beautiful but there isn’t anything you can do to change that. You can’t stop them from liking the song because well that’s impossible ;)
